- Somebody expended a lot of effort to put this list together in an effort to imply that this president is unique in telling lies - sorry, doesn't work for me. You can certainly generate very similar lists for every president in office since our nation began.

- In 1982 in Illinois Thompson (a republican) beat out Stevenson ( a democrat).  If they did cheat, it was ineffective to say the least.

- All the republican plans had one thing in common - cuts with nor new revenue. The democratic plans had both cuts and new revenue. By the way the democratic plans have been very generous with 85% cuts and only 15% of new revenue.

- Why on earth would you want to pay higher interest rates on your mortgage, your car loans, your credit cards? Why on earth would you want more people to loose their jobs because companies wont be able to borrow money as easily or have to pay hiogher interest rates? Why???
